Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity

Going to Great Length
When the Dallas Area Habitat of Humanity was serious about attracting sponsorship prospects, they came to our door for help.

They needed help on creating event collateral materials for its annual Heroes Luncheon, an annual event that recognizes people and companies who had provided outstanding support for The Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity. Bronson Ma Creative went the distance to come up with the theme for the event “Going to Great Lengths,” invitation, event ticket, table tent, program booklet, leave-behind gift, and Powerpoint presentation template.

How did all the work measure up? Sponsorships poured in. At least six $1,000 tables came in from the invitation alone. Board members were delighted with the theme and the event's consistent look-and-feel, while the Heroes felt honored and appreciated.

Ultimately, 27 underwriters purchased 30 tables, and more than 420 people attended the luncheon, 278 of whom had not been specifically invited, but who came as a result of having the invitation forwarded to them or as a guest at an underwriter’s table. More than 50 of these were completely new to  The Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity, and thus are now new prospects for volunteering, sponsoring, or other contribution. Several others who had not attended a Habitat event in years said that they were drawn in by the invitation.
