Changing the Way a Brand Is Seen
In order for Generations Federal Credit Union of San Antonio, Texas to increase its membership base and the services current members are using Generations for, it needed to change the way consumers and small business owners see financial institutions. Generations wanted prospective members and members to know that as a local financial institution, it understands its members’ specific needs by offering products and services that are personalized to fit their lifestyles.

To communicate that, we gave Generations a new look-and-feel without changing the existing logo as part of their visual brand identity system that reinforces the credit union’s brand strategy. By working closely with the management and marketing team at Generations, we literally changed the way consumers and small business owners see credit unions. The new look-and-feel is carried onto all printed and online marketing and communication pieces such as brochures, direct mail, banners, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, e-mail communications, e-newsletters, and website.
