As a technology company that is becoming a providesr of end-to-end engagement management solutions for consumers, sales channel, and employees, Parago needed to rebrand to communicate that they now help their clients reach, retain, and expand their customers base. Their old logo and marketing materials no longer reflect the new brand and we stepped in to give their brand identity a makeover.
We began by discovering their core values and brand positioning, and then found ways to communicate their brand through a new identity and marketing collateral. The result was a new logo and identity system that included a stationery system, pocket folder, sale sheets, and PowerPoint presentation template. The new brand identity has helped Parago become one of the top-tier companies that has a very high customer retention rate in the industry.
